Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules published on the Platform, including but not limited to sportsbook betting rules, casino game rules, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw rules, and bonus promotion terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes acceptance by that party. In practice, pgs4d Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable; playing on behalf of another person is a prohibited activity under Clause 9.

Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any pgs4d service. This age threshold applies to all Members regardless of any lower age of majority that may apply in your jurisdiction. pgs4d enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to close any Account where the Member cannot demonstrate compliance. Winnings accumulated by an Account held by a person under 21 will be forfeited.

Jurisdictional Responsibility. pgs4d is an offshore gambling platform operating under an international licence. Online gambling is subject to varying legal frameworks across jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful in your location before registering. pgs4d does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

Indonesia-Specific Notice. pgs4d's primary audience consists of English-preference players based in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes and that you accept full responsibility for ensuring such access complies with your local obligations.

• You must not be listed on any government-mandated self-exclusion or problem-gambling register applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of pgs4d or of any games supplier whose products appear on the Platform.
• You must not be acting under duress or be in a state of financial distress that makes gambling unsuitable for you at the time of registration.

Account Registration

One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one active pgs4d Account. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one Account — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Wallet Balances.

Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, false identity document, or misrepresentation of your country of residence — is a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification. pgs4d may at any time — and will routinely do so prior to processing a withdrawal — require you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pgs4d will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode with any third party. pgs4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pgs4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. pgs4d accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and cryptocurrency transfer via USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are published on the Cashier page within your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Wallet Balance within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of on-chain confirmations for the relevant network. pgs4d is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries, network congestion, or third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Processing. pgs4d aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC verification is pending will be held until verification is completed. pgs4d reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal of significant value.

Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from prohibited sources will be frozen pending investigation, and pgs4d reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (or USDT equivalent) unless otherwise stated on the Cashier page.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 (or USDT equivalent) unless otherwise stated on the Cashier page.
• Currency conversion: Where currency conversion applies (e.g., USDT to IDR), the exchange rate applied is pgs4d's prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, which may differ from interbank or market rates.
• Third-party accounts: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pgs4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

pgs4d offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and loyalty programmes. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all pgs4d bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely from Wagering Requirement accumulation.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your Wallet Balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a Wallet Balance at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Abuse Prevention: pgs4d reserves the right to void any bonus and reclaim any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other behaviour designed to exploit a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• No Obligation: pgs4d is under no obligation to offer any bonus to any Member and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on the Platform — including but not limited to BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are subject to pgs4d's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on a matter specific to sports betting, the Sportsbook Rules shall take precedence.

Casino Games. Live casino and RNG slot games are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective software supplier (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming). pgs4d is not responsible for errors in game software, but will cooperate with suppliers to resolve any verified technical faults. Where a technical fault is confirmed, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded to the Member's Wallet Balance.

Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are published on the Platform immediately following each draw. All togel bet placements are final once confirmed. It is the Member's responsibility to verify bet details before submission. No changes or cancellations are permitted after a bet is confirmed.

Bet Acceptance. pgs4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a Member has been identified as a professional bettor, arbitrage bettor, or syndicate member, or where the acceptance of such a bet would materially harm pgs4d's commercial interests.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, game type, and Member account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. pgs4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

pgs4d is committed to providing a safe, controlled gambling environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members, accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of the Member dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit to your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined cooling-off period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen prompts that display your session duration and net win/loss position.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Wallet Balance:

• Opening or operating more than one pgs4d Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds that are not legitimately owned by you.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or latency advantages to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pgs4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pgs4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game assets, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of pgs4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without pgs4d's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgs4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage — even if pgs4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pgs4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgs4d does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows will be communicated to Members where reasonably practicable.

Privacy & Data

pgs4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pgs4d implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption, access-controlled data storage, and regular security audits — to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, and pgs4d cannot guarantee absolute security.

Termination & Suspension

By pgs4d. pgs4d may suspend or permanently close a Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pgs4d is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive; (c) pgs4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; or (d) the Member has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

By the Member. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a closure request to our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified Wallet Balance remaining at the time of closure — net of any bonus funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements — will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method.

Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or suspension, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law survive termination and remain in full force.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pgs4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits pgs4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent harm arising from a Member's prohibited conduct or breach of intellectual property obligations.

Amendments

pgs4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pgs4d will notify active Members by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, via the contact email address associated with your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any revision, your sole remedy is to close your Account as described in Clause 13.
